About Us

Baby Day Kit was founded in 2009 by two busy parents who were looking for a simple solution to packing a diaper bag and travelling with a baby. We were looking for a package that contained all of the necessities that our baby needed for overnight trips or daily outings in one easy grab-and-go kit. We searched online before a trip overseas for such a kit, but we were not able to find something that fit our needs….so we decided to create it ourselves!

As busy parents ourselves, we understand how stressful and time consuming it can be to pack for a day away from the house with your baby. It is challenging to travel with an infant or toddler, and in the rush to gather all the needed supplies for a daytime outing or overnight trip, it is easy to pack the baby food but forget the spoons, or pack the diapers but forget the wipes. With a Baby Day Kit, you can enjoy the ease and convenience of having all of your baby’s necessities in one package that you can just grab and go! A Baby Day Kit is perfect for day trips to the zoo, the park, or grandma’s house or overnight trips such as weekend getaways and vacations! A Baby Day Kit also makes a useful and practical baby shower gift! With a Baby Day Kit, you will know that you have all of your baby’s necessities at your finger tips, and it makes leaving the house with a baby easy and stress free! Keep several Baby Day Kits on hand and you will be prepared for any outing or trip.

We offer six different Baby Day Kits with contents that vary based on the age of the baby. Additionally, within each age range, you can choose from The Out-N-About Kit, which is designed for an 8-hour day trip, or The Overnight Kit, which is designed for a full 24 hour day. Alternatively, you can customize your own kit to meet the individual needs of your child. We carefully hand-assemble each package, using products that we have tested in our own family.

Baby Day Kits are ideal for vacations as well! Instead of scrambling to gather all of your child’s needs, dragging an extra piece of luggage through airports, and having to pay an extra over-weight charges, just have us ship your kits directly to your hotel! It makes traveling with a child much easier!*
