Ordering

You may order safely and securely directly through this website. Our shopping cart is completely secure, however, if you prefer, we can take orders by phone. See the Contact Us page for specific information.

Shipping

Please allow 1-2 days processing time. Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays for which the US Post Office is closed.

E-mails are automatically sent when your order is shipped, but these emails often go to spam folders. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email, check your spam folder or let us know and we will be happy to send it again.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. Money orders are also accepted via mail. Money orders must be received within 10 days; your order will be shipped as soon as the money order is received.

Return Policy

We will make every effort to make your shopping experience pleasant. However if there is a problem with your order, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to correct the problem. If your items are damaged or defective, please notify us within 10 days and we will replace the items or issue a refund.
